After 20 years the ICF is undergoing modernisation. Technical advances have permitted the digitisation of the ICF. ICF facilitators course for physiotherapists in India

An ICF facilitators course for physiotherapists started on 1 March, just as measures to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus were being discussed widely. The first phase of online work was carried out without a hitch. Then Catherine Sykes facilitates a two-day face-to-face session in Pune, India on 14th & 15th March. A few participants withdrew and some new ones joined in. We were able to travel

World Health Organization Family of International Classifications 2018

This paper describes the WHO Family of International Classifications. A 2018 version was endorsed at the annual meeting, to replace the 2007 version. The paper highlights ICD-11, ICF and the developing International Classification of Health Interventions (ICHI). A capacity crowd attended the 2nd International Symposium: ICF Education (See Table 1) held on 30 June 2017 in Cape Town, hosted by the Medical Research Council of South Africa, in collaboration with Stellenbosch University, the University of Cape Town and the Western Cape Government: Health.
