In 2022 the ICF was moved onto a new online platform at https://icd.who.int/dev11/l-icf/en#/ . The site includes a maintenance platform for updating the classification.

To add a proposal or review one already submitted go to https://icd.who.int/dev11/proposals/f/icf/en This link is only available to registered users.

The update process is open and transparent. Any person can register to take part in the update process. Click on Register at the top right corner of the home screen, complete your email and a password and click Register.

A user guide describes the process of submitting a proposal or commenting on a proposal already submitted. https://icd.who.int/dev11/Help/en Whilst currently written with only the ICD-11 in mind it will be made generic to the three reference classifications on the platform with the processes running in the same way.

It is important for proposals to be reviewed to ensure that the ICF continues to meet the needs of users across the whole world and for a wide range of purposes, so please take part and contribute your expertise.
